Process Pipe Support Systems provide a full range of Pipe Hangers, Supports and Restraints to important Canadian and international clients.
We have supplied Engineered Products for major projects summarized in our Experience List.
Working closely with EPC companies and mechanical contractors we will select pipe hangers, prepare CAD drawings, estimate costs, and review specifications including Q.A. documents, surface protection and protective packaging.
In our Canadian facility we fabricate and assemble various components according to the project requirements including the following products and services:
- Pipe clamps in alloy, stainless and carbon steels
- Welded and clamped pipe shoes
- Pipe guides and anchors
- Alloy steel yoke clamps
- U-Bolts in stainless and carbon steels
- Graphite to graphite bearing plates for elevated temperatures
- Teflon to stainless steel slide bearings for pipe and equipment supports
- Bundling and tagging individual pipe hanger assemblies, typically beam attachments, hanger rods, forged clevises, eye nuts and turnbuckles
- Fabricated brackets, base plates and pipe stanchions
- Support steel beams, trapeze channels, and clip angles
Surface finishing and protective coatings including epoxy painting, galvanizing and zinc plating are applied in local specialized plants.
